Formed in 2004 in Japan, girugämesh was getting gigs, but not catching the size of crowd that they wanted. But once the record label, GAINA-JAPAN took girugämesh under their wing, they put out their Kaisen Sengen single and it was ranked #10 on the Oricon Indies chart. In 2005, girugämesh went on a nation-wide tour called the “Fuyu no Yukidoke Tourou.” After the tour, Girugamesh released a DVD featuring live footage from the tour, went on two more successful tours and then after long wait, finally released their first album (which was actually a mini-album since it only had five songs on it).

girugämesh is still around and working hard to put out the best sound possible that matches them and has kept the same lineup that the started with which was made up of Satoshi (Vocals), Nii (Guitar), Shuu (Bass) and Ryo (Drums). more?..
